Custom orders are some of our favorite projects to do! Please note that these special pieces have their own timelines and associated costs. Because of this, they are not eligible for promotional offers, refunds or exchanges. We want you to love your piece and will work with you on any design tweaks within reason. After production starts, there can be no more changes to the design.

Customs are subject to a customization fee which covers our time and expertise for the initial phases of design.

Communication is really important so please be accessible via email to answer any questions we may have during production. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order (without a refund) at our discretion. Production will only begun upon receipt of payment of your invoice for your custom jewelry.
